Asa Ro's First Outing

Asa Ro is almost three months old, and this is her first outing: from the back pasture to the front pasture. From the front pasture, she'll get a whole new outlook on the world, being able to see the neighborhood, the street, cars coming and going, etc.

Here she is, all "dressed up" for her outing.

Asa follows her mother, Eir.

Oh, oh! She gets stuck... seeing the wet dirt and the concrete makes her hesitate. She has to look around, tentatively take some steps, inspect things.

Asa makes it half way across the new footing and stops just before a squishy part in the ground (where a trench had been dug and refilled for the sprinkler line).

With a little coaxing and some pellets, she makes it to the front of the house and has some grass.

Finally! Yippee!
