We purchased a fixer-upper that I could work on while going to school.

This is a work in progress, but here are a few pictures.

All of the original floors have been taken up, and a neutral tile put down throughout. The rooms are being painted a companionable light neutral color.

Most of the interior walls will have been taken down to the studs, insulated, and new drywall put up. New sinks, new tile for the tub and shower surrounds. New baseboards. New vinyl windows throughout. Some architectural detail in framing out the windows, and crown moulding.
